The application of Tensor Threads is a revolutionary technique developed by Dr. Dr. Marlene Zulamanizde and his son George Zulamanizde in 1999.
This successful technique and method consists in a simple procedure where no cuts are made, leaving no visible scars and being performed with local infiltration anesthesia.
One of its main advantages is that it doesn’t produce a dramatic change in a patient’s natural features and can be complemented with traditional techniques of plastic.
TECHNIQUE
• This procedure can be performed in a place other than a surgery unit.
• Zones to be treated are marked with skin markers.
• Local infiltration anesthesia is performed.
• Thin needle caliber are used and introduced through the cellular tissue following the marked area.
• The smooth threads remain inside skin.
• Thereafter, same procedure takes place on the opposite marked zone. It I advisable to prescribe antibiotics for a week after procedure is performed.
MATERIALS & PRESENTATIONS
Threads are made of sterilized, biocompatible non absorbable and high resistant Polyamides (Polypropylene) which come in diverse lengths and models according to the technique or zone to be treated (face, arms, breasts and legs among others). I-Lift Tensor Threads™ is developing new technologies with absorbable materials.
Length ranges according not only to specific needs but also to the distribution of the cogs. They come in different lengths and models in sterilized pouches.
